    Tell Me What You’re Working On... Ep.7 Musicians Elana Haynes & Delilah Rose

    Have you ever wanted to be in a band?  Musicians Elana Haynes and Delilah Rose did since they were little.  And that’s what they’re doing now.   They are currently playing together for De’s new album Moxie.  But Elana also has another band, Legs Electric.  Musicians stay busy!! In this conversation, they talk about finding your people, developing your skills and finding time for creativity with a young family.   It was a great insight into their world, and we laughed, a lot!

    Visual Artist Mel Dare has been fascinated with images since forever.  In this conversation she shares with us the thinking behind her work and how the process of exploring ideas unfolds.  It involves bushwalking and sometimes napping. She also shares some of her experiences at Artist residencies, what it’s like to work in prisons and the satisfaction of people engaging with her art.

    Have you been to Livid Skate Café in Scarborough?  It’s a café/ skate shop/ gallery space that also runs events.  Who came up with this idea?  And what sparked it?  Oska Tallis is the dude behind it all.   He has an entrepreneurial brain, an artist’s sensibility and is a great storyteller. Every project is driven by a passion for community and bringing people together to have a great time through creativity.  ENJOY his adventures!! @lividskatecafe
