    Yo, Let's Grow! (An EQ Upgrade)

    Did you know that your mind affects everything you do, feel, and say? Our emotions are seeded in our mind and if we don't have proper emotional Intelligence, our emotions can often dictate our behavior and stunt our Genius growth. In this episode, Regina shares what Emotional Intelligence is and gives practical tips and strategies you can use to upgrade your Emotional Intelligence and enhance your Genius. ‌ EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS: Your mind is not your brain.     Genius Journey with Dr. Patricia Faison Hewlin

    In this episode, Regina has a conversation with her good friend Dr. Patricia Faison Hewlin about the power of Authenticity. Dr. Hewlin is on faculty at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management in Montreal, Quebec, with a specialization in organizational behavior. She was previously on faculty at Georgetown University in the McDonough School of Business. Dr. Hewlin holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior as well as an MBA in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business. Dr. Hewlin's work focuses on how organization members and leaders engage in authentic self-expression, as well as factors that impede authenticity in every day work interactions. She translates her research findings to help leaders, employees and students leverage diversity in the workplace, acknowledge and address personal bias, and thrive during organizational change.     Genious Journey with Lisa Johnson Smith

    In this episode Regina interviews her good friend Lisa Johnson Smith. Lisa Johnson Smith is a Producer for HomeLight's podcast called The Walkthrough™. She is also a Realtor® at Keller Williams, where she specializes in luxury homes in New Jersey. She attributes much of her success and insight in the world of real estate to her more than 25 years of experience in the television industry as an on-air Host, Reporter and Producer. Johnson Smith has been recognized with numerous awards for her television experience hosting, producing, and reporting for various television stations, including ABC, CNN, BET, HBO, MSG and NBA TV, to name a few. One that she is most proud of is her role as the first Host and Producer for Teen Summit on BET, a national, award-winning talk show for teens. An outspoken breast cancer survivor and women's advocate, Johnson Smith is the Host of her own podcast entitled Trust Me, You Can Relate, available on all platforms, where she features inspirational, real-life stories. She is also a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Professional. In her spare time, Johnson Smith loves to paint, work out, and spend time with family and friends.     Genius Journey with Summer Johnson

    In this episode Regina interviews one of the founders of Zack and Zoe Sweet Bee Farm, Summer Johnson. Summer Johnson is the co-owner of Zach and Zoë Sweet Bee Farm and started the business in 2015 with her husband, Kam. She holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Howard University and helps support the creative strategy of the business. Together, she and Kam began keeping bees in their backyard to use the hyper-local honey to alleviate their son's allergies. Today, their honey is retailed all over the world, and in dozens of specialty, mass, and boutique stores across the nation. They have expanded the brand's assortment to 20+ organic superfoods flavors blended with their raw honey and have plans to continue growing. When she's not plotting on the next best-selling flavor, you will find Summer with her and Kam's three children, Zach, Zoë and now 2 year old Zuri, or working on her mixed media art.     It's About Time...and Goals
