    Never to soon to start goal setting

    Is it too soon to start goal planning and habit tracking for the upcoming year? I have found that I really enjoy goalsetting and habit tracking. It helps me get going in the morning and It helps me realize what I need to focus on that day. So why wait til next year ti start doing this too!
