God's word to GCI listeners in this new year is from the anchor scripture; Matt 5:14-15. God has asked us to change the position of our Light(faith) from under the bushel/basket to the Lamp stand. God is asking us to be bold in representing him on earth.     Walking in your God-given Identity is the place of  finding your uniqueness on what you were created to do on earth and fulfilling your purpose and assignment. Man without God is still man but has no identity and in essence can't fulfill purpose.     2a. IDENTITY CRISIS - Finding your identity in Christ

    There is currently an identity crisis in the body of christ. We are in a battle with our adversary the devil concerning who we are and what we were created for as beleivers, we have to get up and fight the good fight from a place of victory because the battle has been won already. Understanding and walking in your sacred and God given identity is one of the pillars to which our christian life is built on and also a key to fulfiling our God given purpose.

    1. How it all started - My journey to finding my Confidence and Identity in God

    My anchor scripture is 1 peter 2:9 NKJV  I haven't always been a confident person let alone one with Godly confidence and Identity. Growing up my mind was a mess, I was stuck in a dark hole of fear and low self esteem that made me feel like I wasn't enough. But years ago, I started my self awareness journey to understanding my identity as a believer and building my confidence in God. In this episode I'm sharing my story on how I went from an insecure lady to the Godly confident, fearless and purpose driven woman I am today.
