As a dad, I have gone through different circumstances that has tested my way of doing things. One constant negative factor was doing these things for the convenience of others. I needed to dig deep to find my way and to be comfortable with being myself. This became prominent on my journey to becoming a single father early on. Over the years, I took something from dads I met throughout my journey but one thing that stood out was that no matter what I’ve learned, I needed to make sure I did it my way.
