    Es Mi Vida : Ep 1- What is Holistic Healing and How Did I Get Here?

    I’m started a podcast focused on Reiki and holistic healing for those struggling with chronic pain and mental illness. Specifically, the Latino community. This podcast was born from my own journey and testimony of healing while living  with chronic conditions, and how I discovered holistic therapies that improved health and made it easier to deal with and find balance even though there was not much information in my own community. Each episode will explore different healing methods, and I will share stories, or interviews, from those who've found benefits with these approaches.
