    This week's podcast guest is Aquilas Dapaah She is a co-founder of Winc Canada, REI, land developer, luxury short-term rental, and fit coach.  Upon graduating from law school as a trained negotiator and six figure debt, Aqui decided to take control of her financial situation.  Determined not to let anyone else make decisions for her without being an informed participant at the table, she began learning more about personal finance, and building wealth through podcasts, books and other resources.  And, paid off her debt in two and half years! After house hacking with friends/family members, she married someone who had property investments, they then scaled up their portfolio by investing in single family homes before moving onto multifamily units so they could have multiple sources of income within each project.  They are now working on a luxury apartment in Tulum, Mexico.     Real Estate Rentals and Regulations

    This week's podcast guest is Patrick Gulka. Patrick became a Certified Inspector through the Inspect4U Home Inspector Training Program. They set a Canada-wide standard of excellence for home inspectors. Inspect4u does training of home inspectors in Alberta and B.C., where inspectors are governed by provincial standards and testing.
