Infertility and TTC can be stressful, hard and an all-consuming processes that can feel anything but joyful. Along my journey i've found that joy wasnt something easy to come by in the process, but something that I needed to be commited to inviting into the process. After years I learned to celebrate the smallest wins along the way and learned to reframe as much as I could to invite joy into the very hard journey. In this episode we talk about what that could look like and the importance of it.

I’ve walked through IVF and each of these episodes brings me to tears. I so so wish I had this as a resource when we were going through the process of IVF. Every episode leaves me with so many take aways, but the commit to joy episode rocked me today. We all walk through seasons in life that are so hard. Whether it’s IVF or difficulty with growing a family, illness, job issues, marriage issues, we are all continually tested each day. If we commit to joy and see the happiness in the little moments, it might just be the exact thing that keeps us moving forward when the day feels too hard. Thank you for this precious reminder and saying it so well.
