Hosted by Jen Barajas. This podcast is intended to be a moment of presence, with its short episodes and easy to digest content. Showcasing the ranges of poetry and storytelling with a calming ambience and authentic expression. All in all this is a project for me, a 20 year old from Stockton, to intimately capture the meaning these poems hold for me (in this moment at least).

I sign of leaving you with one question ; How would you be living your day to day, if your life was completely stress free?
