    What a title righttt, loll. In this episode I share how I decided to take a 1 year fast from MEN! It sounds crazy but it's actually the best thing I've ever done. I go on to explain the amazing things that God has done for me and continue with hot topics like self love, finding value in men & the new women empowerment movement...etc. It's always better to seek our value in Jesus and we get to dive deep onto why it is.     Welcome to episode 2! Wow we made it!! In this episode we dive deep on how I unpacked my trauma with the help of Jesus and discuss the vision that God gave me that explains what I've had to do. Trauma is a hard and dark topic to talk about but the good news is that we don't have to handle it alone.
