Life lately *sigh*

Hi Everyone! Happy Thursday AND HAPPY DECEMBER!!!! Whew your girl has been MIA but I'm back! And on today's episode I just talk about how life has been for me lately, in terms of my exams, my emotional state etc. as well as how much things have changed at home and how I've been struggling a bit with adjusting to the changes *sighs again* LOL, anyways I do hope you enjoy this episode and there will be a little Q&A box up if you want to let me know how you've been doing and how life has been treating you (responses will be hidden and I'll be the only one able to see them btw! This episode was a little hard for me to record because I spoke about something that I'm still experiencing, so I felt a little more vulnerable and a little worried about it being a little too heavy or negative but I reminded myself that this is what my podcast is about, it's about talking about these painful things and unpacking them sooo here you go. :) I hope that this episode can be a little healing to some of you or an eye opener about how insidious eating disorders can be but that you can overcome and you can heal.
