Craig does a great job at focusing on keeping it real. By asking questions that require practical answers, he gives the listener solutions and advice that are easily translatable and usable. As both a listener, and now a contributor, it also gives the opportunity to reflect on your leadership journey, in multiple perspectives. Craig is also a great facilitator in that he lets the contributor be the star of the show while adding valuable insights along the way, and only as needed. Definitely recommend the podcast, and especially for those beginning their career or a mid career that are looking to take the next steps in the leadership journey.
