Breaking Generational Barriers this Mother’s Day

I lost both of my parents- and they left me with profound memories and lessons learned. How we are parented is the greatest influence on the remainder of our lives. Good and bad- and within us all is the power to live up to the belief others have in us or to reprogram our brains if necessary and to model and to pass on healthy, supportive, courageous behavior and a growth mindset. To break a generational pattern. My mother did this decades ago for herself and for her 9 children. You have the power to stop the excuses and to tear down the barriers for yourself and future generations. To live to your potential and not settle for your current reality. Join me to make mindset moves and grab onto the courage to take inspired action- because you are not excused!

Showing Up in the Face of Guilt, Shame & Judgment

As humans, we let guilt, shame and judgment keep us from showing up and showing out in business and life. To hinder us from living fully and from taking the actions needed to level up. Especially in times of tragedy or in a world of never ending bad news. Sometimes we can’t shake the heaviness and hopelessness. We feel guilt promoting what we do to make money and we shrink at the possibility of judgment- classic Imposter Syndrome. Let’s talk about why these 3 emotions are the ultimate self sabotage that fuel our excuses instead of our goals.

How to Change the Way You Play the Game to Get the W

What is your “what if”? The thing that you really want and dream about. It keeps you up night and you daydream about it while you drive. Do you think about it daily and play out how it will happen? Put in the time over time? Or do you have a “if it’s meant to be - it will be” or “maybe next month” kind of approach? When we are given the same tools, opportunity and experiences - no talent necessary - it’s what we do with it that counts. Not just in the short term but in the long game. Motivation doesn’t last. Vision does. Action gets you there. And if you are not concerned about whether or not you hit the goal or make the vision happen- it won’t. No more excuses. Make mindset moves and strides in your business by changing the game.

Excuses & Resentment- Are they Choosing Your Future?

Humans are prolific excuse makers. But those excuses will never improve our lives nor our bank accounts- am I right? I am. And we can come up with an endless stream of them and allow those dream killers to keep us from the results we desire and to believe that our success is optional. When we do this, we open the door to resentment- even when we don’t realize it. But the good news is- through awareness we can change, shift our energy, who we surround ourselves with, manifest our dreams and simply choose better. Don’t wait another minute to listen and make the change so you can get back on the path to your vision!

    The Manifestation Excuse

Some of you believe in manifestation and some of you don’t understand it or cringe at the word. No matter how you feel about it, I want to help you and simplify what it REALLY means and how to get out of your own way and understand that what you focus on is already yours. Good or bad.

    Do You Feel Stuck?

Sometimes no matter what our vision, goal or dream may be- we can’t seem to get there. Some force seems to trip us up. We feel stuck. Overwhelmed. We lack clarity. We know what to do but nothing seems to work. It never will until you do this.
