010: For the mama crippled by "mom guilt"

Todays episode is for the mama that is suffering and crippled by mom guilt. Take the hour in the morning, drink the hot cup of coffee, do your makeup, let someone come watch the kids while you do whatever makes your heart happy. Because at the end of the day our kids are going to remember how happy we were when we were present with them. Not a mom constantly in survival mode because she’s giving up her entire life, identity and personality to become a mama. Because mom guilt has told her that’s what she is supposed to do. instagram: @colleenmkelly tiktok: @colleenmkelly More on me: www.colleen-m-kelly.com Interested in my coaching services? >> click here If you love the show and want to show your support, please share on your social media, leave a 5 star review, and review of the podcast on Apple podcasts and Spotify!
