    February is the month for LOVE… self love that is! Coming out of a big breakup or divorce is so scary because it makes you wonder if you will ever be loved again... or even worse, will you ever even want love in your life again?  Before you can receive and accept real love from anyone else you're going to need to learn how to give great love first.     Should you hire a therapist or a life coach?

    In this episode I get very candid about why I left my therapist and hired a life coach instead. I knew that I needed something different. Somehow I could feel that therapy has run it’s course for me right now. I had followed the instructions, stayed on the prescribed path to healing and growing…. But I knew that I needed more. I needed different. I needed something or someone to show me how to focus on my future in ways I’d never seen before. I stared asking around to other women who were living these beautiful, brave, independent lives to hear from them how they created that. The resounding answer was a life coach. Two months later, I was in my first group coaching container and I’ve never looked back. Hiring coaches has been the single best financial investment I have ever made in myself.
