    You are going to get your arse kicked! Dealing with the pain of rejection and finding the hidden gift within

    "You're going to get told 'no' every day....get used to it" was one of the first things our mentor told us in the early stages of setting up our estate agency business.  Tom Panos says that successful agents need to be like 'Teflon' when it comes to rejection, but too many are like "Velcro" and hang onto the pain for too long, creating huge roadblocks in their forward momentum and agency growth.  But de-personalising rejection, accepting it's part of the game of business and getting comfortable with hearing the word 'no' could have an incredibly positive impact on your success.   In this episode Michael and Lucy discuss how they've dealt with the pain of rejection in their own ways,  why it hurts so badly sometimes (clue - it's all down to subconscious beliefs you formed as a child!), and how they've discovered the hidden gifts in rejection.
