    After a few years in lockdown, coming together to dance, play and experience existence is now more important than ever.  Hear festival director Matt Bonner and content queen Millie talk about the why, the what and the how of pulling together a festival. Matt shares his wisdom from decades on the free party festival scene, how magical it is to be able to come together again, and the wild ride ahead for the next edition of Festival 23.  If you're wondering how to find the balance between hedonistic pleasures whilst nourishing your well being, tune in and you might see the future looks bright for all of us, on and off the dance floor. Recorded on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people and we wish to acknowledge them as Traditional Owners. We would also like to pay our respects to their Elders, past and present, and Aboriginal Elders of other communities who may be here today.
