    Target & Texas Roadhouse ARE DONE😡 They Crossed The Line‼️

    Send us Fan Mail Both Target and Texas Roadhouse are facing major backlash, with Black consumers and others across social media calling for boycotts, protests and economic blackouts. Target is once again under fire after selling a Halloween costume that critics said resembled Blackface and Jim Crow-era minstrel imagery. The company pulled the costume and apologized, admitting that it was offensive and should never have been sold. But for many Black consumers, the apology is not enough, especially after Target’s controversial rollback of its diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Some organizers are making it clear that their boycott of Target never ended.  Now Texas Roadhouse is dealing with a completely different and extremely disturbing controversy. A viral post allegedly connected to a Facebook group claimed that white restaurant servers were intentionally tampering with food belonging to Black customers, including allegedly licking their fingers, touching customers’ food and contaminating rolls. The post specifically named Texas Roadhouse and Logan’s Roadhouse and even alleged that some cooks were involved. Those allegations quickly spread across social media and sparked calls for Black customers to boycott the restaurants.  Texas Roadhouse has denied the allegations, called them completely unfounded and says it is investigating the situation, including through a third party.  But regardless of where the investigation ultimately leads, the allegations themselves have created enormous outrage and reopened a much bigger conversation about how Black customers are treated when they spend their money. For me personally, I’m done with both companies. I’ve been done with Target for years, and after everything surrounding this Texas Roadhouse controversy, I’m done there too.     Hayden’s BOYFRIEND Should Be Arrested TODAY😡⁉️ Brian Hickerson

    Send us Fan Mail Brian Hickerson needs to, at minimum, be arrested and held while the investigation into the tragic passing of Hayden Panettiere continues. There are simply too many questions, conflicting accounts and disturbing allegations surrounding what happened in the hours leading up to her passing. As the Hayden Panettiere investigation moves forward, Brian Hickerson’s brother, Zach Hickerson, has provided a detailed account of what he says happened that day. According to Zach, after being unable to reach Hayden or Brian, he returned to the Airbnb, found Hayden unresponsive. But does this timeline answer the questions, or create even more? In today’s video, we’re going to carefully break down the different accounts of Hayden’s final hours and examine what appears to line up and what does not. Brian has maintained that Hayden was awake around 10:30 that morning, doing her makeup and preparing for what was supposed to be a normal day.  Hayden’s mother, Lesley Vogel, has also publicly raised serious concerns about Brian and has alleged that he pawned some of Hayden’s belongings. These allegations take on even greater significance as investigators continue examining exactly what happened. Police have access to surveillance footage showing Hayden, Brian and Zach coming and going from the South Carolina residence, potentially providing investigators with an independent timeline of the events surrounding Hayden’s final hours. We’re also going to examine the Narcan question and hear from medical experts about how naloxone works, including why timing and a person’s condition when it is administered can make an enormous difference. There are still major unanswered questions. Toxicology results and an official COD remain pending, and an investigation is ongoing.     Send us Fan Mail Lil Durk’s federal trial officially kicked off yesterday, and opening statements immediately set the internet on fire with what may be one of the biggest debates of the year: Is Lil Durk snitching on OTF Vonni? Instead of simply debating it, we’re going straight to Lil Durk himself. We’ll play a clip where Durk explains what HE believes the definition of snitching is, how he feels about people who cooperate, and what he thinks about snitches. In my opinion, hearing Durk’s own words should tell us a lot about how he might view what is happening in his courtroom today. Then we’re breaking down the prosecution’s opening statement and the government’s case against Durk. Prosecutors allege that Durk was behind a hired plot targeting Quando Rondo in retaliation for King Von. They also revealed that multiple alleged OTF associates who have pleaded guilty are expected to testify for the prosecution. And then there’s OTF Vonni, Kavon Grant. We’ll explain why there is no debate about Vonni cooperating with the government and what prosecutors may expect him to say when he takes the stand. But Durk’s defense is fighting back HARD. His attorneys are pointing the finger directly at Vonni, arguing that Vonni had his own personal motive for revenge and that Durk is being offered up as the government’s “big fish.” We’ll break down exactly what Durk’s defense said about Vonni and the rest of the alleged crew during opening statements.     Nolan Wells Friends TAINT JURY with Al Sharpton Legal Doc️🫨⁉️

    Send us Fan Mail Last Friday, attorneys J. Tyler Cox and Edward Andrew Paltzik, who represent Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour, sent Rev. Al Sharpton a massive 19-page presuit defamation demand letter. Almost immediately, people like Sarah Fields and others took to social media announcing a “massive exclusive,” describing the document as explosive, brutal and damaging. But today, I want to cut through the spectacle and explain what this document actually is. This 19-page document is a presuit demand letter. It is not a lawsuit. It has not been submitted to a judge as a lawsuit, there is no court ruling attached to it, and it does not establish that the allegations inside it are true. It is a document written and signed by attorneys representing Warren, Jax and Morgan, laying out their allegations and demands before potentially filing litigation. So while some people are presenting these 19 pages as if something has already been proven in court, I see it very differently. In my opinion, this has become another distraction in the Nolan Wells case, and today I’m going to break down exactly why. Then I’m going to turn the spotlight directly onto Edward Paltzik and Tyler Cox and expose what I believe people need to understand about the narrative being presented. We’re also going to examine a new alleged photograph reportedly taken on July 4 during a Sea Tow call. And once again, there is an important problem I want everyone to remember: we have not been provided the original metadata for this photograph. We’ll discuss what the picture allegedly shows, what it could mean and, just as importantly, what we cannot independently verify without that metadata. Finally, I have a small but important update regarding Nolan Xavier Wells’ cell phone, one of the most critical pieces of evidence in this entire investigation.     Send us Fan Mail Nolan Xavier Wells’ parents are taking another major step in their independent investigation, issuing new subpoenas seeking records connected to the Sea Tow response on July 4. Christine Wells-Wonsley, acting on behalf of Nolan’s estate, is seeking records from Sea Tow Services International and Ward Marine Services, which operates Sea Tow Mississippi. The requests reportedly cover communications and records between 2 PM and 8 PM on July 4, including calls, recordings, dispatch records, documents and information identifying the people involved in handling the response.  This could be extremely important because the Sea Tow calls have already become one of the most heavily scrutinized pieces of the Nolan Wells case. The original call involved the boat taking on water after the bilge pump reportedly stopped working. During the response, the Sea Tow dispatcher contacted a captain who said he was communicating with the boat operator’s grandfather, Jerry Adkerson. The new subpoenas reportedly go even further, seeking communications involving the captain, local crew and people connected to the boat, along with records showing whether the response was changed or ultimately canceled.  We’re going to break down exactly what these subpoenas could mean and whether they could potentially lead to additional Sea Tow recordings or communications becoming public. One conversation I’m particularly interested in is the communication between the grandfather and the Sea Tow captain. What exactly was said, how was the situation described, and why was Sea Tow ultimately told that assistance was no longer needed? These subpoenas could potentially help fill in some of those missing pieces. We’re also going to discuss Christine and Elmore Wonsley’s interview with Pastor Jamal Bryant on Let’s Be Clear. Of all the interviews Nolan’s parents have done, this may be my favorite because this conversation allowed us to see them outside of just the investigation. The interview was released the day after what would have been Nolan’s 19th birthday, and Christine and Elmore opened up about their family, their grief and the life they shared before Nolan’s passing. They talked about how they first met at a cell phone store, how their relationship blossomed, Nolan as a baby and their five other children, including where each of them was born. For a moment, the investigation wasn’t the entire focus. We got a much deeper look into who Christine and Elmore are as parents, as a couple and as a family.     Nolan Wells Friends TARGET NANCY GRACE & Don Lemon🫨⁉️ LEGAL ACTION?

    Send us Fan Mail Nolan Xavier Wells’ former friends’ defamation attorney, Edward Andrew Paltzik, has now put major media personality Nancy Grace and Don Lemon on notice, over their coverage of the Nolan Wells case. Paltzik and the legal team have accused members of the media and content creators of spreading false or defamatory information about Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo and Morgan Seymour. But there’s something I want to call out. When Paltzik first entered this case, the warning appeared to be aimed heavily at TikTokers, Instagram creators and others online. Now, some of the biggest names in media are being targeted. Nancy Grace and Don Lemon may technically be content creators too, but they also have bigger bank accounts than your average TikToker or Instagram creator. I find it very telling who appears to be getting the attention, and we’re going to talk about it. We’re also diving into Warren Hudson’s alleged leaked text messages with Nolan's mom Christine and what they could mean in the larger conversation surrounding this case. Remember, these messages are alleged, and we’ll separate what can actually be established from what is simply circulating online. Then we’re turning our attention back to former Officer Brandon Tatum. We’re going to break down three statements we believe were misleading or untrue during his appearances on Nancy Grace, and we’ll show you exactly why we’re questioning them. The Mississippi District Attorney has also released a new statement regarding the Nolan Wells investigation. We’re going through that statement because, in my opinion, there is a lot of deflection in it. Is Mississippi preparing the public for bad news? Is the DA attempting to manage expectations before additional information comes out? We’re going to examine the wording carefully and discuss what it could mean. But under a brighter light, yesterday would have been Nolan’s 19th birthday. We’re going to honor Nolan, read a letter from his mother Christine to her son, and take a look at the prayer vigil and prayer rally held in his memory. Finally, I want to share something personal that Christine sent me yesterday. She reminded me that throughout everything happening in this case, we need to protect not only her, but Nolan’s father, Elmore, as well. I’m sharing her message because there was a lesson in it for me, one that Christine gently reminded me of yesterday. But I’m also sharing it because I believe it says so much about her character. Even while dealing with unimaginable circumstances surrounding her son, she continues to think about and protect the people around her. There is a lot to unpack today.     Nolan Wells: DA Investigating A CRIME Not A Drowning?🤔⁉️

    Send us Fan Mail Today, we’re doing something we rarely do on this channel. We’re giving you access to information from inside sources about what we believe could potentially be a groundbreaking development in the Nolan Xavier Wells case. We have reason to believe that the Mississippi DA may not simply be investigating a drowning. Based on what our sources are telling us, there could be a criminal investigation underway, and today we’re going to explain exactly why we believe that could be the case. We’re also revisiting something former Officer Brandon Tatum said last week about Nolan’s phone. Tatum questioned why investigators would need Nolan’s physical phone if this were simply a drowning investigation. Yesterday, we reported that the Mississippi DA gave Nolan Xavier Wells’ family, estate and attorneys 48 hours to turn over Nolan’s phone. Today, Benjamin Crump and attorneys representing Nolan’s estate responded, saying they will not turn over the phone unless the DA honors what they say was the July 15 agreement allowing both sides to jointly inspect the device. So we have to ask the question: Why is Nolan’s phone suddenly so important? Why does the DA want it within 48 hours? And could Tatum have been right about what the demand for the phone potentially tells us about the direction of this investigation? We’re also going over reports that this case may not be presented to a grand jury for another 30 to 60 days, as well as what we know about the autopsy that was completed approximately two weeks ago. Finally, we’re going to lightly touch on what we believe the Mississippi DA could potentially be investigating. There is one individual in particular who has largely stayed away from the spotlight, has not participated in the interviews with former Officer Tatum and does not appear to be represented by the same attorneys associated with some of the other individuals involved. We are NOT claiming that anyone committed a crime or that we know who, if anyone, prosecutors may ultimately focus on. We’re separating what has been publicly established from what our sources are telling us and connecting the developments that could point toward where this investigation is headed.
