    SO EXCITING TO SHARE that my journey is now leading me to body building competitions. There are many reasons why i chose this… but this feels immensely deeper to me than packing on muscle and getting lean particularly because I’ve spent 3 years now healing my relationship with food & body image… I can’t think of a better way to combine everything I’ve learned. I want to show women that just because you have physique goals, or want to be good at something, or want to compete, it doesn’t mean you have to come from a toxic or negative place. There is space for both the heart and the ego in this human experience. Winning is fun! drive is fun! Competing is fun!
