From my humble Filipino upbringing to training under a Two Time World Champion in Brooklyn to even working with multi billion dollar companies in the New York City fitness space. On this show we Interview all the amazing people that I have cross paths with through my boxing and fitness career. Everyone has such a unique story and background with lessons to share, and of course we talk about our love for the sweet science.

    In this episode of Maestre Mentality we have a great conversation with boxer, coach, and owner of Grampa's Boxing Gym Jessica Rene. Jessica is not your typical gym owner. I met her through the boxing circuit and quickly fell in love with her gym Grampas. Very traditional and in tune with the community but also has a strong understanding of adapting to the modern age of content creation.
