    E2: Breaking Of Limiting Beliefs

    What if you could unlock your mindset blocks using one sentence? Everything is preconditioned to our belief .. and what's one single question you could ask yourself to break off those believes and pursue your goal.. in our case showing up authentically and with the right amount of you online.. This is equivalently applicable to all other life aspects where you block yourself due to fear or other limiting beliefs. If this concept is new for you hear me out.. first time I heard this from Tonni Robbins I don't get it .. But he goes and he does an exercise.. when I did that exercise my perspective went like bssssttttt total shift. You will do it with me but I want you to approach it with a beginners mind, to be open to the change of perspective that's gonna happen.. then I'll tell you the question.. a simple question you ask yourself to break free .. almost immediately of anyyyy mindset block you have.     What is the Worst That Could Happen?

    Say "What's the worst that can happen?" In this Episode: This question helped me shift my mindset, and will help you too. specially when stuck or scared to start something new .. say "What's the worst that can happen?" . We often overestimated the outcomes expected specially when starting something new.. often we exaggerate it and we terrify ourselves .. but when confronted with details our minds are forced to think logically. . Answering concrete questions does the trick, and makes it much easier to see that it was never a big deal to begin with and even if theres a risk it's often manageable.. . New ideas are worth discovering because no matter what the consequences are, they often won't be big enough to eliminate the perusing of a new idea. . That's the thing about new ideas .. they are unfamiliar.. not every idea sounds good at the beginning..it's taken me a tremendous amount of time to realize how "Original feels like" .. original is something your are not typically doing and mostly nor are people in your circle.. . it's original, which means your creating a first. . When Fear hits your door, get ready to face this enemy with logic, and ask yourself, What's the worst that could happen? In this podcast I will walk you through the self dialogue I use to kick fear in the face when showing up at my door before I start something new or share a little piece of content online. . .
