    Ep. 75: Question Everything

This week’s episode is a short one, recorded in a slight burst of excitement before the school pickup! ...and it’s all about questioning everything. I share how I’ve been embodying my future self now instead of waiting, and how I went from a shy girl who looked to everyone else for answers to a woman who trusts her intuition above all else. I talk about my lifelong curiosity about the unseen, growing up with homeopathy, and using your body as a map when you’re triggered (we take a breath together mid-episode....I needed it!). I also share a little about week one of my Language of Connection group, which you can still join. My invitation this week: question what you’ve been taught, the beliefs you hold and who you’ve been being, then message me and tell me what comes up for you. This is your one wild and precious life. My six-week online parenting course for mothers, The Language of Connection, started this week and you can still join us! It's for mothers who want a deeper connection with their children. Reclaiming and remembering who we are and stepping into a world of freedom and possibility. Let's conjure up a magical motherhood for ourselves! You can join here Book your 1:1 Clarity Session here to delve deeper into your own subconscious identities and stories are directing your life unknowingly - You'll leave feeling more connected to yourself, more supported in what you're navigating, and lighter - like you remembered something you already knew. Ep. 74: Break the Pattern, Find Your Power

Recording from a new spot, on the floor, mic propped on a stack of parenting books, Anna explores how small acts of breaking routine help us reclaim our power and bring presence back into everyday life. She talks about following your intuition, casting “golden votes” for yourself, and deciding, right now, to love and accept every part of yourself, including the parts that feel scared, awkward or not good enough. From there, she shows how self-compassion turns into kindness towards others. A story about a grumpy café manager in Ireland shows how choosing not to judge can change an interaction completely. A conversation with her son about the story “life is unfair” shows how the lens we look through shapes what we see. My six-week online parenting course for mothers, The Language of Connection, starts on 20th October. It's for mothers who want a deeper connection with their children. Reclaiming and remembering who we are and stepping into a world of freedom and possibility. Ep. 73: The Cave of Treasures Within You

This week's episode is something that came through in my morning pages. It was an image: a cave of treasures inside me. Piles of gold, crystals and gems in every colour, shimmering and vast, with no end to it. I had a real sense that this is where I get to wander for the rest of my life, discovering more and more of who I am. And that cave is in you too. In this episode I talk about what it means to know, not just conceptually but in your blood and bones, that everything is already within you. I share how my "I love you, Anna" affirmations went from words I didn't believe to something I wake up feeling. I also talk about how dancing is healing my relationship with my body, and why I'm done spending any more time, energy or money trying to change myself. We go into the subconscious and how your life reflects back what's running underneath. I share some questions you can use when something is triggering you: What am I making this mean? Who must I be being to be experiencing this? I talk about the liberation that comes with taking full responsibility for your whole life, not just the parts that feel easy to own. I also talk about the back-and-forth of stepping into a new identity while the old one keeps trying to reinstate itself. And at the heart of it all is compassion. Even if you can't feel it for every part of yourself yet, the willingness to learn is enough of a starting point. If a voice in you is saying "but not me, I didn't get a cave," this episode is for you. You didn't miss out. It's there, right now. I'd love to hear whether you've found your own inner cave, or what image comes to you. Come and tell me over on Instagram @wildsimplicitywithanna. Ep. 72: Holding Their Uniqueness Starts With Holding Your Own

In this episode, I share what happened when I gave myself space to feel after an intense Aries full moon. I put on classical piano music and let my body lead. I danced, lay starfished on the cool floor, cried, laughed from my belly and danced again. In that space I met little Anna, the girl who loved putting on shows and recording songs on her red cassette player. She grew up mostly with structured, regimented activities like classical piano and hockey, and dance has always been where I feel free and wholly myself. That weekend led me straight back to parenting. I talk about how holding our children's uniqueness starts with holding our own. I explain my move away from both authoritarian and passive parenting towards an authoritative approach. That means being clear about what I'm available for and what I'm not, so my children can feel where the edges are and still flourish as themselves. I also talk about subconscious identities, nervous system work, using fewer words when emotions run high, and building our capacity to simply be with big feelings, both theirs and ours. Our children can be a little map showing us where to tend to ourselves next. I also share details of my new six-week online course, The Language of Connection, starting on 20th October. Ep. 70: Freedom Starts Within

This episode is a bit of a meandering, heart-led reflection on transitions, the passage of time, and what it means to really be with ourselves rather than rush past what's coming up. I talk about the inner work I've been doing since I did Peter Crone's mastermind a year ago, and how the freedom I feel is about how I hold myself through the crunchy moments now rather than being about anything in my external life changing dramatically. We go into subconscious identities, the stories we're all wed to, taking full responsibility (not blame) for our reality, and why curiosity and questioning everything is the doorway back to ourselves. I also share a bit of my own path, from being handed five career options as a teenager to finding speech and language therapy to landing here and a peek at what's coming: a new parenting course on connection and communication, plus my 1:1 Wild Simplicity Clarity Sessions. If you needed a reminder today that all of your feelings are welcome, that you don't have to have it figured out, and that the answers really are within you...this one's for you. Book your 1:1 Clarity Session here to delve deeper into your own subconscious identities and stories are directing your life unknowingly - You'll leave feeling more connected to yourself, more supported in what you're navigating, and lighter - like you remembered something you already knew. Ep. 68: Being Fully Yourself

In this episode I discuss how I've been reflecting on what's shifted for me this year: I no longer separate "mum mode" from "business mode" - I let my whole self show up in every arena of my life. I talk about the nervous system capacity it took to get here, why I believe the inner critic's voice is a conditioned lie rather than truth, and how a simple 30-minute practice of sitting in silence has become my way back to my own inner knowing. I invite you to notice where you're still wearing a mask - at work, with family, in public - and to experiment with bringing a little more of your real, unfiltered self into those spaces. This is a conversation about authenticity, reconditioning old beliefs, and why I believe true simplicity comes from dropping the performance and trusting who you already are. If you'd like to dive in deeper into your own subconscious patterns, limiting beliefs and unhelpful stories then I invite you into a 1:1 Wild Simplicity Clarity Session.
