    On today's episode, let's dive into Southeastern softball earning a 2-seed in the NCAA Tournament and what that truly means for the program Rick Fremin has built. We also will dive into the Tuscaloosa Regional and explain why scoring three runs may be enough all weekend long to survive and advance against some of the best pitchers in the nation. We're also giving a shoutout to Belmont's Maya Johnson and telling you why she's someone you should root for when she's not pitching against Southeastern. We'll also talk Southeastern baseball. The Southland Conference regular season champions are seeking their first trip to the NCAA Tournament since 2022. I'll give you the one trend that Southeastern is looking to avoid to have success this weekend. Finally, our annual tradition of picking the Southland Conference Baseball Tournament is here.
