    Eine langfristig stabile Beziehung entsteht selten durch große romantische Gesten. Sie wird im Alltag geprägt: beim Frühstück, auf dem Heimweg, zwischen zwei Terminen und in den wenigen Minuten, bevor beide müde ins Bett gehen. Gerade diese kleinen Begegnungen entscheiden oft darüber, ob sich ein Paar miteinander verbunden fühlt oder zunehmend nebeneinanderher lebt. Die folgenden fünf Gewohnheiten sind keine Garantie für eine konfliktfreie Beziehung. Sie schaffen jedoch Bedingungen, unter denen Nähe, Vertrauen und gegenseitiges Verständnis wachsen können.     Kann sich der Bindungsstil verändern? Wie aus ängstlicher Bindung wieder mehr Sicherheit werden kann #199

    Kann man seinen Bindungsstil verändern oder bleibt eine ängstliche Bindung ein Leben lang bestehen? Diese Frage beschäftigt viele Menschen, die unter Verlustangst leiden, in Beziehungen schnell verunsichert sind oder nach einem Vertrauensbruch selbst dann noch Alarm spüren, wenn der Partner längst wieder verlässlich ist. Die Bindungsforschung zeigt ein differenziertes und zugleich hoffnungsvolles Bild: Bindungsmuster sind erstaunlich stabil, aber sie sind kein unveränderliches Schicksal. Neue Beziehungserfahrungen, Psychotherapie und ein stabileres Selbstbild können dazu beitragen, dass ängstliche Bindung abnimmt und mehr innere Sicherheit entsteht.
