    Back to School

    The sisters are exploring being in the middle of the "Mindset" craze.  Do our mindsets affect our days, relationships, and life?  Staying positive all the time is NOT possible, and we can really beat ourselves up through what we feed our brains.  Find that one person you can share your $hit with, so they can help pull you back to your true essence.  And if you learn anything from this episode, let it be DON'T be a "C U Next Tuesday".     Meet Brooke, The little sister

    My little sister drove me crazy growing up.  She was always under my feet, stealing my clothes, tapes and CDs (do kids even know how big of a deal this is).  I had to drag her along to roller skating or friends’ houses, but today, she is my best friend.  Join me this week as I interview my little sister, Brooke, and get an insight on who I want to be when I grow up!
