    Chelsae is the brightest light. She is strong minded and very capable. She is the CEO of the Baugh home overseeing five children. She is a passionate learner and a fabulous leader. Chelsea is such a support to her husband. Casey is an active investor, operator, board member, adjunct professor and BYU, and advisor. Helping to grow Vivint for over 13 years Casey was a huge asset. He is kind and generous and very transparent so fun and easy to talk to! These two together are a beautiful powerhouse! It was so amazing to watch the openness and loving easy banter between the two of them! The deep love they have for each other was easy to see.     CHRIST LIKE COMMUNICATION WITH RACHELLE CHASE

    Rachel and I did our coaching training together years ago! She has been a mentor to me. She has one of the kindest hearts and such a gentleness about her. Rachel is serving with her husband as mission leaders and has had the opportunity to really focus on the importance of communicating in companionships and in our own personal relationships.     Brooke was warm and very lovely to visit with. She is a writer, speaker, and connector and is committed to sharing real life with a hopeful twist.  She is the best-selling author of three books: 52 Modern Manners for Today's Teens Volume 1 and 2 and I Like Me Anyway: Embracing Imperfection, Connection, and Christ. Her fresh perspective and relatable style has engaged millions of readers in The Washington Post, Deseret News, Studio 5, Time Out for Women, and on her blog and Instagram @brookeromneywrites where she has created a vibrant community of women who learn and lift.  Brooke comes from girly roots but has morphed into an outdoor adventuring, dirt-loving mom of 4 boys, one daughter-in-law, and two grandbabies. Her husband keeps her on her toes but loves her unconditionally even when she leaves all the lights on and cupboards open.  When she is not writing or mothering, you can find her in a good book, speaking to groups, volunteering in the schools, or on a walk with a friend. My struggles motivated me to search for answers and what I learned changed my life! The truth is, no matter what happens to you, you have a choice. Even if the circumstances happened to you, out of your control. You still have a choice. A choice to choose what you will do about the situation and how you are going to feel. NO ONE can take that from you. she shared these amazing steps. Simplified Steps to Process Emotions (start with a prayer for God's assistance) 1. Acknowledge that you are triggered/feeling emotions/upset  2. Identify what you're feeling, write out all the details on paper if needed 3. Intentionally choose to let any negative, emotions go (sadness, anger, confusion, overwhelm) 4.
