    Revenge is a dish best served cold! While many of us know revenge Carries a very heavy and dark energy most ppl still want to inflict pain on those who may have hurt them in the past.     Fill You Up ( Its the Journey Hun)

    You can't keep pouring from an empty cup and expecting to be fulfilled. Decide to love yourself NOW, not Later. Before you know it life will have passed you by and you created nothing. Do the work to heal it wont all be rainbows and lollipops but it's worth it. DO what you have to do to be the greatest, most confident version of you possible.     Dating FATHERLESS Daughter's

    ****TRIGGER WARNING THE EPISODE CONTAINS DISCUSSION OF SEXUAL ASSULT AND GROOMING.****  The term sexual assault refers to sexual contact or behavior that occurs without explicit consent of the victim. Some forms of sexual assault include: Attempted rape. Fondling or unwanted sexual touching. Forcing a victim to perform sexual acts, such as oral sex or penetrating the perpetrator's body. So, on this weeks episode I am telling my now person stories of being groomed and conditioned to accept certain behavior from men and also telling my story of S/A. While many in my personal life don't know I waned to be free hold this in and release it so I can move on with no negative emotions about both interactions with these people in my story. While I continue to learn to set positive boundaries and build healthy relationships I'll continue to tell my story. Pay attention to your gut feeling and to all the red flags in every situation.     Today, I decided...

    This episode is dedicated to the star player in me that pushed to the side for way to long. It's me deciding to hold myself accountable for the vision have for myself and not letting anyone interfere with that vision. It's me. being fully aware that only I can see my dream clearly and hope you all realize the same thing as well. There is no one that can fully understand the goal and vision that God. The Universe  has placed upon our own path but us. Its committing to protecting our dreams from those people sent do distract, disturb and disrupt us along our journey. Not ever journey is going to have the same obstacles, peaks nor valleys. But becomes our ability to overcome and oversee our own destiny by taking ownership go our won ship. Facing hardship and adversity on our own and consistently getting up to fight for what is for us.  Life will not be easy but its is solely contingent upon our ability to not quit or give up. when the enemy is persistent.

    Dedication to My Bestie ❤️‍🩹

    This episode is just me mapping my thought process of loosing my bff. I’m discussing my thoughts feel is and emotions on how it’s been for me trying process this truly devastating loss. I’m also dedicating this to the Davis family because I know they need all the love and support they need during this time. Smock was a beautiful soul and didn’t deserve to go like this.

    Mother goes viral on TicTok Viral

    This episode is about a viral tic-tok moment where a mother emotionally and mentally abuse her daughter for the world to see. I tell a story from my childhood and similar instance, because this was a very triggering thing to see. But, it just goes to show that people do things for clout to gain followers and anything else. Except that this moment didn't go as planned for this parent.  Vocabulary  Mother Wounds-is an attachment trauma that creates a sense of confusion and devastation in the child's psyche. Gaslighting-a form of psychological manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt and confusion in their victim's mind. Narcissistic- a pattern of self-centered, arrogant thinking and behavior, a lack of empathy and consideration for other people, and an excessive need for admiration. Others often describe people with NPD as cocky, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding.
