    As we look to rebalance junior sport we should always remember that it's not about the Coaches, it's always first about the participants. A coaches job is to create a fun, positive, safe and friendly environment for all participants.

    Let Kids be Kids with Sport

    We are far too quick when we see a young youth/junior with talent to want to put them onto Talent Pathways and fast track them. We need to move away from this and go back to basic of participation, fun, positive and safe environment to play their sport first. We need to get back to letting youth play multiple sports and letting each individual decide when and if they want to go on the talent pathway journey.
