    Hey hey and welcome to the third episode!!  This has been a long time coming - Michael Ceder (my husband) joins me in this episode to chat about the big "R" word - Religion. We've had a long, complicated journey with religious observance, and we've worked hard to come to a place where we value and respect our roots - but at the same time are committed to living our truth. We talk about where we've come from, what we really think about some of the things we were taught as children, and our personal beliefs about the universe and God. We hope you like it!     Episode 2: Childhood Experiences with Talia

    Hey hey and welcome to the second episode!!  My friend Talia joins me in this episode and we talk about our childhood experiences and how they impacted us, and how we see those experiences continue to show up for us as adults. We talk about our journey understanding that although we come from a specific gene pool, we are not our parents. We also chat about reframing our understanding of mental illness and how therapy is awesome.  Heads up - we get into some pretty deep shit.
