Hello beautiful Souls, and welcome to my Podcast. I am a Domestic Abuse and Coercive Control Survivor and a single proud Mum to my son. I am an international number one best-selling author and Motivational Speaker. I still suffer from post-separation abuse in the form of trolling. This space reminds me that I can talk authentically and face my fears. Sometimes I feel very vulnerable, but I push through. Life after the abuse has been a considerable achievement for me. I am also incredibly honoured to have an outstanding line-up of guests who inspire, challenge and inform listeners.

She spent 11 years in the care industry and fell in love with it. Then convid hit, and care staff had a vaccine mandate applied to them which she wasn't willing to go along with. This dramatically changed the direction of her career, and she found this extremely difficult at the time. If this hadn't happened, she wouldn't be where she is today.
