Why You Don’t Trust Yourself To Make Big Decisions

You are not bad at making decisions. You are bad at trusting yourself after you make them. This episode is for the woman:⚡️ overthinking every move⚡️ asking everyone else what they think first⚡️ terrified of making the “wrong” decision⚡️ waiting for certainty before she moves⚡️ constantly second-guessing herself after she finally decides Because the truth is… The issue usually isn’t the decision. It’s the lack of self-trust underneath it. In this episode, we talk about:⚡️ why women struggle so deeply with decision-making⚡️ how perfectionism + fear of regret keep you stuck⚡️ why overthinking is quietly destroying your confidence⚡️ the hidden cost of outsourcing your self-trust⚡️ and how to start making decisions from a version of you who trusts herself more deeply We also get into the REAL reason so many women struggle deciding whether to invest in themselves, leave jobs, ask for more, become more visible, or finally go after what they actually want. This one is powerful. And I cannot wait to hear your takeaways. Let's get into it. PS: If this episode hits you and you know you are ready to step into your next level, then I invite you to join BCA. Because this exact work around confidence, self-trust, visibility, and powerful decision-making is what we’re building inside this program right now. Doors close 6/10 at 8am PST. The 4 Most Important Decisions I’ve Made In My Career

There was a version of me that was exhausted from overthinking every decision. Constantly waiting to feel “ready.” Trying to figure everything out alone. Watching other women grow while convincing myself I needed more time, more certainty, more confidence first. And if I’m being honest… I didn’t realize how much my own patterns were keeping me stuck. Because from the outside? I looked ambitious. High functioning. Successful. But internally? I was still: hesitatingoveranalyzingsecond guessing myselfwaiting for proof before I movedEverything changed when I started making a few very different decisions. Not perfect decisions. Not fearless decisions. Just decisions that slowly changed: ⚡️ how I saw myself⚡️ what I believed was possible⚡️ who I allowed myself to become And looking back now…shifting my focus to these 4 things completely changed the trajectory of my career, confidence, relationships, opportunities, and life. In episode, I’m breaking down these 4 decisions and why I believe these shifts quietly change everything for women who are ready for more. Because sometimes your next level doesn’t require becoming someone else. It requires finally stopping the habits that keep abandoning yourself. Dive in and let me know what you think. The Power Of Turning Pain Into Purpose w/Candy Straight

SHE BUILT IT HER WAY ⚡️EPISODE 3: The Power Of Turning Pain Into Purpose w/ Candy Straight This is conversation about what happens when a woman stops hiding and starts healing out loud. In our final episode of the She Built It Her Way series, I am honored to be joined by Candy Straight - founder of Flamingo Box - a business rooted in hope, humanity, and healing. Through her journey of courageously confronting childhood trauma, learning to receive love, and choosing to heal out loud, Candy transformed her pain into purpose and built a movement dedicated to supporting people through life’s messiest moments. This conversation goes far beyond entrepreneurship. It’s about: ⚡️ reclaiming your voice ⚡️ learning to stop carrying shame that was never yours to hold ⚡️ becoming your own permission slip ⚡️ and realizing that your healing journey may become the very thing that changes other people’s lives too One of the most powerful parts of this conversation is the reminder that healing is not separate from success. In many ways…it becomes the foundation for it. Because when you stop spending your life running from your pain, hiding your truth, or abandoning yourself to survive… You free up energy to finally: ⚡️ create ⚡️ lead ⚡️ be seen ⚡️ use your voice ⚡️ trust yourself ⚡️ and build a life that actually feels aligned Candy’s story is proof that your hardest moments do not disqualify you from impact. Sometimes the very thing you’ve been trying to hide…becomes the thing that sets you free. And sometimes the deepest healing creates the strongest and most successful leaders. This episode is raw, emotional, powerful, and deeply human and honestly, I think it’s one of the most important conversations we’ve had on this show. Let's get into it. The Truth About Healing, Grief & How Hard Seasons Impact Your Career

I almost didn’t record this episode. Not because I didn’t have anything to say…but because life has completely wiped me out these past few months. And in many ways, this episode is a continuation of a conversation I started earlier this year after releasing “Building My Biggest Vision In The Hardest Season Of My Life.” Because the truth is…the hard season didn’t end. It's only gotten harder. Today’s episode is a deep dive into what I am learning about navigating your career in the middle of the hard. I’m talking about: ⚡️ navigating my dad’s declining health ⚡️ why this season has been so much harder than losing my mom ⚡️ the Mother’s Day grief bomb that completely wrecked me ⚡️ the social media detox I needed for my nervous system ⚡️ spraining my ankle and realizing my body was forcing me to slow down ⚡️ and the truth about healing that nobody really talks about One of the biggest things I shared inside BCA recently was this: Healing does not make you immune to pain.Personal development does not exempt you from grief, burnout, heartbreak, fear, uncertainty, or hard seasons. The work changes your capacity to navigate it. Ten years ago, this version of life probably would have destroyed me. Today? It’s still devastating at times but I’m still here. And I think that’s the real work. If you’re in a season where life feels heavy right now, I hope this episode reminds you that you are not failing because things feel hard. You are having a human experience. And if you haven’t listened to the first part of this journey yet, start here first: “The Confidence Lounge” — Building My Biggest Vision In The Hardest Season Of My Life AND - If this episode resonated with you, please share it with someone who may need this reminder right now. And if you’ve been loving The Confidence Lounge, rating + reviewing the podcast truly means so much and helps us continue reaching more women navigating career, confidence, leadership, and life.

Creating A Life Bigger Than Your Fear w/Melissa Mercedes

⚡️EPISODE 2 of the She Built It Her Way series is here⚡️ Creating A Life Bigger Than Your Fear w/ Melissa Mercedes This is a conversation on believing in yourself, doing it scared, and creating a life bigger than your fear. Melissa Mercedes went from having zero fashion industry experience to building a luxury fashion brand, walking in New York Fashion Week, styling celebrities like Tyra Banks and Jordin Sparks, and redefining what confidence and inclusivity look like in fashion. But this episode goes so much deeper than fashion. We talk about: ⚡️ Trusting yourself before the proof exists ⚡️ Following the pull even when it makes no logical sense ⚡️ Overcoming imposter syndrome ⚡️ Doing the scary thing anyway ⚡️ Divine alignment, self-belief & courageous action ⚡️ Creating what you wish existed in the world This episode is for the woman with a dream in her heart who keeps talking herself out of going for it.
