Inspired by their mom, AKA Momma Ashley, a caterer who happens to know a thing or two about eat'n, drink'n, and tell'n stories! The sisters gather each week to gab about funny Momma Ashley stories, the hits and misses of their weekly menus, and parties thrown. Sibling guests join them to recount funny stories of holiday celebrations, family trips, and what it was like at their childhood dinner table.     Halloween season has officially arrived! Courtney and Whitney kick things off with the announcement of Whitney's SNL-themed Halloween party, including a trip down memory lane to Whitney's childhood Pat impersonations to planning a full F&B menu inspired by some legendary sketches. Eventually, they remember this is a food podcast and turn to delish leftover ribeye sandwiches, the Seasonal Courtney Cauliflower and the very questionable presentation of sending a teenage boy home with pasta in a Ziploc bag. Courtney also learns when to step aside and let her teenagers make their own questionable beauty decisions, while Whitney explains why she keeps straws at the ready and recounts an extremely educational day at the barn. Somewhere along the way, the conversation ends up on Serbian horse-testicle goulash. As one does.     Momma Ashley is 77 and, naturally, she plans to celebrate for the entire month! This week, Courtney and Whitney sit down with the birthday girl to talk about childhood birthday parties spent roller skating, going on scavenger hunts, and celebrating with devil's food cake. Along the way, Courtney shares how she's doing the lord's work by feeding the cast of thousands of teenagers who keep lurking around dinner time. Whitney revisits her teenage attempt at hosting a 'fancy' dinner party, which sparks Courtney's memory of a similarly ambitious, but much less wholesome, night from high school. Momma wraps up the episode by reflecting on sharing her birthday with September 11, the year of her life she would happily relive, and the two words she's carrying into 77: Moving Forward! This week on Hey Sis, Eat This, Whitney and Courtney sit down with siblings Nic and Jessica Wegener for a laugh-out-loud conversation about growing up with Momma Linda, a microbiologist, educator, holiday quarterback, collector of martini glasses, and self-appointed life coach to literally everyone she meets.     This week, Courtney and Whitney dedicate the episode to a woman who has been part of the soundtrack of their lives: Dolly Parton. The Sisters celebrate the Queen of Country through the things that connected her most closely to their own lives: sisters, moms, childhood memories, food and the dinner table. Whitney shares how Dolly's words helped her find peace after IVF and embrace a life without children. Courtney recalls seeing 9 to 5 in the theaters with Momma and Daddy which eventually led to her showing up to an NFL player's Halloween party dressed as Dolly. What is really up for discussion is if one of Dolly's album covers inspired her to enhance her own assets It's their very personal tribute to an icon who made being completely yourself look pretty damn good.     Snicky Snacks & Sake Bombs with Jenny & Courtney Bloom

    This week we're joined by sisters in life and in business, Jenny Bloom and and Courtney Malkin to celebrate their stylish, selfless and always entertaining mom, Momma Robin. Jenny and Courtney share how their mom was a reluctant home cook, but a fabulous baker and still to this day the ultimate queen of "Snicky snacks". We learn about all of Momma Robin's favorite things including white wine over ice, candy from her bedside table, Paris vacations, competitive Mahjong, and making sure her daughters are wearing enough blush. She has also been known to sake bomb and beer bong, give away the clothes off her back, and experiment with Ozempic after a few drinks. Underneath all the laughs is a woman who took care of everyone, including her husband throughout his long battle with Parkinson's, her aging parents, her daughters and her beloved grandchildren.
