Ep.11 - Creative Cycles, Consistency, and Estrogen

Creativity is not linear and often times seems to butt heads with consistency. Add that to the pressure to show up on social media authentically, and wooooooooo we're out here sweating. But is there any rhyme or reason to our creative cycles - well it turns out that for our estrogen cycle friends, there might be. Ep. 10 - I ghosted y'all - my bad!

A candid little talk about why I've been MIA for month - insert favorite embarrassed emoji here. The part time fashion designer/part time costume designer life has been good to me but boy oh boy am I learning some shit about myself. BTW - I know the audio isn't up to snuff, but this is a very on the whim no prep at all type of episode. Enjoy! Stay creative!
