These podcasts from Abbie are encouraging in my faith. She takes on some difficult issues and always presents what the Bible says and not just what she thinks. Wisdom from a fellow mama is always refreshing and biblical wisdom is exactly what God asks us to seek out.

I really appreciate Abbie’s commitment to offering Biblically sound advice for moms. It is refreshing in our time! Because the message is so vital and inspiring, I have to say a practical tip is to stop saying “um” and “uh” so much which is why I can only give this podcast 1 star. Anyone in the public speaking space knows that words or gestures that distract from the message need to go. In a more recent podcast about building another house, it wasn’t even a 1/4 of the way into the discussion and I’d already heard those filler words over 20 times. I thought at one point she said her son edits the podcast episodes…tip, edit those out! I love hearing smart, wise and Biblically literate women like Abbie bringing encouragement, and I am telling you this in love, as a tip, and not to be unkind or critical, to reduce and ultimately eliminate those words. I read you are speaking at the Ark Encounter next year. I have been to those conferences and they bring in incredible speakers. Work on that and your message will go further! Listeners often tune out and don’t know why because of the distraction of the “um’s” being said so frequently. Or that is ALL they hear because it distracts from the important message you are sharing. It makes a big difference and I hope this review helps! You have an amazing message to bring to families and the way it’s presented matters!
