    20. Mental Health Hygiene

    Happy Sunday!!! We are back at it this week with 10 things you can do/focus on to make sure you are taking care of your MENTAL HEALTH! I know we have come a long way with mental health as a society, but I still feel like there is a stigma, so I wanted to touch on some things that can help with having a healthier, happier mind. Like I stated in this episode, these things are not a replacement for professional help/medication/etc... if you feel that you need those things, please reach out to a professional!!! It's okay to ask for help, and I actually thing you're so strong for doing it, because I know it takes courage.     19. Taking Action...

    HAPPY NEW WEEK!!! This episode is so relevant to my life and something I am learning and working on in this current season, so I thought I would share for those who are in the same boat. Taking action is HARD sometimes, but the HARD things are what get us to where we want to be. It's actually easier than we make it up to be too. I am by no means an expert or professional, I am just talking from a place of experience and from my own personal research. I have had a terrible relationship with food, so if you are there right now, I feel you and see you. It can get better, I promise!
