    Your Mission Statement - A Foundation for Resiliency

    Step-by-Step Vision Building

    Your vision is your desired future state—your ultimate destination as a leader. It is what you want to achieve, create, or become in the long term. What you have to offer your school regarding your strengths, tendencies, and personality traits 2.
