I wish they were more frequent and longer because they’re so good! Motivating to listen to whilst running.

So fun to listen (or watch on YouTube) to this when running, working, cooking, “fill in the blank” activity. Andy, Sarah, and Rick feel like one of those teams where no one would have guessed they’d work so well together, but you are so glad that they came together to make this awesome show. Keep up the amazing work, the running community needs and appreciates you.

Not only do the hosts motivate me to improve and set higher goals for myself, but they keep me laughing while providing me with valuable tips and information. I loooove the banter so please don’t ever turn into just another boring channel that I put on to fall asleep! Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us all!

9/10 for entertainment, 8/10 for running relevant information, 10/10 for being all about the running community An entertaining podcast, structured more as a conversation than interview or lecture. They lightly cover a variety of running related topics, news, share life updates, and answer community questions. I have enjoyed new TRC interview series even more. These guys and gal are fun, even if they get carried away with teasing each other mercilessly.
