Jazzuary

My dad created a holiday that starts after Christmas to beat the post-Christmas blues. He called it Jazzuary and he has been celebrating it for years, by himself. The Jazzuary holiday is over a month long and runs right up to Mardi Gras. This podcast is my attempt to learn about jazz, Jazzuary, my dad's obsession with jazz and why this important music seems to be forgotten even though it is everywhere. Jazzuary is the longest jazz holiday in the world where we learn and celebrate the American music known as jazz. These recordings are for Education and Training Purposes.
