Remember that this is a journey so if you choose to take the lesser walked path, remember to smell the roses along the way. That is the beauty of this moment — of this singular point in time; that we have the choice to surrender to our own free will, or to submit to fate. Every single moment is an opportunity. Gratitude. As a person with DID, the persona I am in this moment is named Joy. Give me a little Grace as I wet my face with tears of joy throughout this whole episode. I am in awe. I am astonished. I am so utterly humbled by the blessings that I have been bestowed — in the form of friends, family, familiar faces, fur-babies and fruit pastries. Life often presents us with struggles that seem more like bad fortune than Felix culpa. Every single moment is your choice. I am so honored to walk in this experience with you. I am so honored.     Lesson 8: Law of Correspondence

    This is a life story of all the death that I’ve experienced. As a person with disassociative identity disorder, I’ve never really known who I was. At five years old, my mom has documented that she took a line from me and that line was who am I? Nobody knows me- who am I? And I do believe that I was meant to have that sense of misunderstanding so that I could be open to what is. This is my life story. The story of all the shame that I bore that I birthed not. This is my Chiron moment, where I release myself as Prometheus and I am able to live in tandem with the creation and the understanding of where things need to die. The perception that is harbored about Emily Anne Greer as an entity is experiencing death now. Because I understand. I only knew back then, I was only aware back then, but now I understand. And I understand that it would be a scene to keep this recognition from the people. Me coming to this sense of recognition is an assured that I can help lead you out of dark waters and into living ones. Without force. Without use of locked doors. With only my two hands and God’s plan. Amen. Amen! Thank you to the ones who have walked before me. Job taught me my father was discordant with truth because he ripped his shirt and threw it at me. He said this is what the Bible says and I said no. To the ones who encouraged me to read the art of war. I internalized it here. I am acting in it in this moment calculated because I am the one who brings change therefore I must be calculated. To Mark England who taught me that my victim mindset is not mine to carry. So many people along the way lifting me up to this very moment in my life and I’m so grateful I’m so grateful for all of the suffering that gets me to a place where I can help you suffer less as well.     This episode ended up being wayyyy longer than I anticipated and I decided to break it up into 2 lessons. We're still talking spiritual practices to solidify the levels we've discussed prior. This lesson is mostly examples of how to practice intentional action in your relationship with self and spirit. We focus on four major topics, including: > color theory psychology > manifesting > tarot > inner child healing We place a specific emphasis on integrating these ideas through the vein of the learning styles. Choose a practice that aligns with your best method of integration.     In this episode, we talk about the relation between Esteem, the fourth rung of Maslow's hiererchy, and the heart chakra. At this point, we're really getting tested. Opening the heart chakra results in a lot of chaotic and traumatizing memories to resurface, so be aware of this during your practice. If we've solidified the previous steps, physiological, emotional, and social needs, we are safe taking this next big leap. Remember to continue to nourish yourself in the lower steps, or you'll create sink holes and risk falling back into patterns that no longer serve you.
