I love this podcast but do not need to hear Eric’s thoughts on political topics. I used to be a fan of his, but no. Eric’s views are so clearly limited by white male privilege. The ignorance distracts from the content of the show and seems contrary to the platform. Please consider filtering some of that and have him stick to what he knows from an attorney perspective. Love COJ otherwise, listened since the very first mmp episode. Mandy and Liz are heroes. What a pitiful woman Deborah Barbier is, shame on her. No one likes a bully.

It takes appalling moral disregard to live with and engage in slavery, and an ease with sliding past the truth by any means that created the culture of the good ‘ol boys. They are going to stick together to hold on to their power any way they can and would love to run you out of town. But you are winning, and evidently under Parker’s skin while you expose the dirty abuse inherent in lawyers’ unregulated power. Most people don’t know unless they fall victim. There’s more to come in the Murdaugh Murders because of it, and surely that’s worth another book, maybe another series.

March 2026: my instagram account was blocked simply for me commenting on theirs following the M.F. interview that Maggie is a true investigative journalist who makes her stories about the victims and not herself, like Mandy does. There is a lot of truth to this in my opinion if you compare their reporting. Maggie is a professional; Mandy calls people with a differing side “losers” on more than several occasions. I’ll just leave it at that. January 2026 update: amazing outcome for Mica. I’m sure their reporting helped move this along!! Here’s hoping Mandy doesn’t make this one all about her like she did with Murdoch. And I DON’T a want to hear one stupid word or Mandy and David’s travel; I skip forward on those sections so fast. “Transparent” about how they make money? You forgot to mention how you both must have made BUCKETS of money selling life rights to the Hulu show. You’re not a victims-only podcast. Sold out for Hollywood. Stop pretending. Listen to Bone Valley. That’s real journalist integrity. Update: I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m going to skip listening until all the Hulu hype is over. Not interested and Mandy is not humble. My new favorite part of the podcast is how I fast forward past their waxing poetic bragging about their Hulu show. Keep it about the victims and justice. listened to an episode for the first time in months and I already had to go ahead and fast forward the first seven minutes while Mandy talked about herself and how Britney Snow is going to play her. I appreciate the good work she’s doing but man I don’t understand how more people don’t see through her.

i used to listen weekly but have grown weary of the self-aggrandizement and snarkiness. Liz and Mandy seem to think they are the only serious journalists and podcasters out there and frequently denigrate in very “mean girl” ways anyone else who dares to report on what they consider “their” topics. They would be much better off if they could get a grip on their inflated egos.
