    I never thought I'd have to release an episode with a guest who didn't live to hear it. This incredibly special conversation with Jason Hadshian (J-Hatch) is about chasing dreams, finding your passion, building relationships and building resilience. I find it hard to even write his episode's introduction as I know I won't be able to accurately capture the impact he made on so many lives. Jason was not only an entrepreneur but an author, a risk taker, a family man, a colleague and much more to so many. You wouldn't know it from his perseverance and hunger for life, that Jason was battling metastatic colon cancer. It may have been a hurdle, but it didn't define him. I was surprised when he reached out to be a guest on the podcast. He wanted to talk about strength, mental health, balance and his passion for the music industry.
