    Living On Purpose Can Save Your Life.

    Purpose. Purpose is defined as the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists. In this episode, we discuss the themes behind the novel, 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho concerning purpose. "As we bring this season to a close I can't help but be reminded of my purpose here on this Earth.     Have You Tried Being Optimistic?

    Before you say, “Yes Phenix, I’ve tried Optimism,” hear me out. Being optimistic isn’t the easiest thing when the world looks so chaotic. I even have trouble seeing my life and the things around me optimistically. But have you considered that there’s joy in optimism? If I’m being real optimism can seem like a delusion. It can seem like a fantasy in a world full of fallacy. But even if it looks imaginary, does it hurt to believe in the possibilities? Ask yourself, “What risk am I taking by choosing to be optimistic?”
