    Latina Follow Train #29 - Hillary O.

    On this episode, we get to know the charming Hillary. She is a working queen bee who loves what she does and loves those around her. She has been through a lot in life but through it all she has gained so much strength and is an inspiration to me. She has that big sister energy we all need sometimes and has so much good advice and the big heart that makes it all come together. Platicamos un poco about things like college, mother/daughter relationships, travel, financial literacy, "todo llega y todo pasa" y mucho mas.     Latina Follow Train #28 - Yaney H.

    On this episode, we get to know the motivated Yaney. She is a business owner who encourages people to do what feel right and to make happiness a priority in what they do. She loves her family and has a beautiful bond with her siblings. Working towards a business degree and making moves in the flower business, she is showing us what it looks like to put yourself first and love the process.     Latina Follow Train #28 - Jules & Ruby

    On this episode, we get to know the amazing duo of Jules & Ruby. They are two beautiful and fit women who are coming together to make a podcast of their own. They have a lot of experience with the good and the bad that comes with being Latina. While it is wonderful having such a rich culture, it comes with its baggage and a lot of which our own family lays upon us. As Latinas in this time and in this country, our past and our present help paint what could be missing in the future. "We all have stories to tell" and girls did we spill many of these on this episode helping us better understand each other and even better, bond. Platicamos un poco about things like racism and the fine line, taking leaps because there is no perfect moment, moving away, la comida Latina, the culture, family, and using our stories as fuel for creating brighter a brighter future, y mucho mas. They are coming together and making a change they want to see while focusing on their journey and finding ways to improve each day. I loved this duo and I wish them many blessings.     Latina Follow Train #26 - Jessica V

    On this episode, we get to know lovely Jessica. She is strong boricua mom who worked hard to becoming the independent woman she is today. She values her space and the work it took to get to where she is. Having to manage a complicated family, especially parents, has shown her that she is all she needs and that her strength will get her where she wants to go. Platicamos un poco about things like Puerto Rico and the culture, being a mom, cutting off a parent, owning a business, y mucho mas.     Latina Follow Train #25 - Sol L

    On this episode, we get to know the multifaceted actress Sol. She is a strong, capable, and powerful Latina who works hard towards fulfilling her dreams. Moving to New York and having to live a locked down city experience because of Covid made it hard to explore, celebrate, and connect. Finding love made it much more special and making her dream come true makes it a dream. Platicamos un poco about things like making friends and how difficult it can be, fighting stereotypes, movies, missing family, finding love, actors/actresses, trusting your gut y mucho mas. She is making moves and it is a great example of how amazing it is to take that leap of faith and wear the big girl pants with confidence.     On this episode, we get to know the trailblazing Andrea Barrera. She is a proud Latina who has been taking her rightful space in the industry of health care, cosmetics, and self-care. As the first Latina have a skincare product sold at Saks Fifth Avenue, she continues to make history by inspiring others and motivating chicas to rise up to be authentic and proud. She has experienced many setbacks and has encountered many people who doubted her and how valuable her and her brand could be. Platicamos un poco about things like her brand Gracious Om, the power of asking, slowing down, the guilt of not fulfilling your parent's dreams, working in the healthcare field y mucho mas. She is not lucky, she is blessed YES! Luck runs out but Andrea and her achievements and impact are here to stay and multiply, best believe. Thank you for joining me Andrea!     On this episode, we get to know the beautiful Michelle. She is a traveler who wants to mentor other Latinas and bring people together. She self-aware girlie who is stepping out of her comfort zone and putting herself out there to achieve her dreams and make her innner chiquilla proud. Knowing Latin culture, there are things we talked about needing to change like making space for yourself, and especially for women, not putting others first as we've been taught for so long. Also working on getting closer to those in our community coming from a place of intention and love. Platicamos un poco about things likethe pandemic, working out, setting new goals, helping others, fighting for closeness with family, traveling, community, y mucho mas. She is taking action to making change in her life and encourages us to do the same little by little.     Latina Follow Train #22 - Daniela C

    On this episode, we get to know Señorita Daniela. She is a hard working Latina teacher who loves her culture and lives with purpose. She is the daughter of a strong woman who is traveling the world and showing her what it means to live her true self. As a teacher, she impacts those around her by taking on a vulnerable teaching approach and bringing in parts of her culture into the classroom. Platicamos un poco about things like making and watching Latin focused content, growing up Latina, habits our family and our culture need to put a stop to, the zodiacs, poetry, authenticity y mucho mas. She is changing the world through the classroom and thus finding herself and falling in love with parts that make her then whole. She has beautiful positive energy and I know you'll feel it too.
