    103 When you’re scared of hearing and sensing things

    A primer designed especially for those who are easily scared with regards their third eye experiences, or want longer explanations to how extra-sensory senses work. For folks who have sudden access/energies to sounds, sights, feelings while also going through enormous in-real-life transformations, decoding and managing messages can feel daunting. In this primer we go through techniques and specific cases to be able to work with your senses in a more manageable way.     102 How to make POWER PLACES and wonderful considerations

    Power places is common technique across many indigenous cultures, speaking the psychological truth of how spirit roots us into places and structures that support our being. If you find that you need language that helps you converse with your soul, for your soul-bone-tired body to penetrate a deeper kind of rest, or you simply want a more creative, symbolic and organic way of relating to wisdom of Life and your Being then this is the place.  I’m surprised I haven’t made an episode on this so I got to really stitching together the techniques and considerations of how one can find and co-create their power places. This practice can solve so many problems: whether it’s feeling oversensitive all the time, or if your soul longs for a place that feels far away/not here.     101 TRUTH IN SHIFTS while/in TRANSFORMATION with EIREN

    Following up our centennial cast with a special guest Eiren of @thetempleofmirrors, where we talk about the specific magick of mirrors and the crossroads. Many might feel like the terms “shadow work” “mirrorwork” and “listening to our inner truth” are overplayed statements, but there is power in simple and lived examples.
