    There is no Right or Wrong

    Whatever your friend thinks is "right" for you or what your neighbor tells you that your living life the "wrong" way doesn't really matter anyway. It's about whether you it sits right for you or not. It's about what your inner voice says. It's all about how you start to feel and see life when you do a certain thing. You have all it takes to live life the way you desire it to be. You're the one who sets up your conditions and follows them anyway, so make sure to personalize it in your best interests.     Healing from an eating disorder

    I openly share my experience and the struggles I had from an eating disorder, how I developed it and how I healed from it. I also share what I learned along the way and how my mindset changed around food. This is just my story, but if you have serious mental health issues I absolutely recommend consulting a professional in this field. Getting help from a professional is always a better option as they can identify patterns you're not aware of. Don't be ashamed about it. As humans we need each other as a support system and we need a loving community.     Life without struggle is meaningless

    In this episode, I talk about the hardships that I experienced moving out and studying abroad. Feeling overwhelmed after a big change in your life is normal. You feel a sense of discomfort which makes you wanna let it all go and go back to your old ways. But instead of making a decision you're going to regret later, let yourself process your emotions and release them. Respond instead of reacting, consider the consequences and ask yourself questions, go back to your principals. Most of the time we forget what drove us to wanna change, so remind yourself why. Validate your feelings and find solutions. Find reasons to keep going than excuses to give up (because humans are better at finding problems than solve them).     Notice / Create your purpose

    In this episode, I clarify that I'm not a native english speaker so I will be making mistakes here and there. So I am always open to corrections and better wording. I like being authentic and upload my content raw sometimes even with the mistakes, stuttering and the um’s I also talk about creating your passion or purpose instead of looking for it. Because it is all within us, we just have to start taking action and try new things out until we find the thing that we love doing the most without feeling like we're wasting our time.     Don’t follow the sheep

    Most people want to fit in, fearing what the public opinion has to say which leads to one neglecting his authenticity and self-expression. In this episode, I talk about how society or our environment can mislead us and make us doubt ourselves for having a certain opinion or interest different from others. The best way you will achieve authenticity in your daily life is to start embracing it and have self-compassion, and to not follow blindly without checking for facts.     Self-limiting beliefs

    We all have something that we believe about ourselves or something that has been imbedded in our mind, whether you’re aware of it or not. Think about something that you might have judged based on what your family, your friends, or society thinks, then look at it from a fresh perspective and be totally neutral about it. See how you feel about it and how important it is in your life and whether it’s true or not, and whether it aligns with your values or not.
