    We're Backkkk! (but not really)

    We're baaacck 👀…kind of. Hope y'all are as excited as we are! We know we’ve been gone for a minute but on this episode we spill on what we did over the summer and give you all a lil update on whats been going on and some MAJOR changes to our lives! Although we won’t be back to our regularly scheduled weekly episodes we’ll deff be dropping episodes here and there while we adjust to our new normal!     Season Finale

    Hii everyone! For our final episode we wanted to talk about the highs and lows of starting a podcast as well as some of our favorite and least favorite episodes! This is not our very last episode, we still have season 2 to look forward to!!     Young and Stressed

    Have you ever noticed yourself getting easily irritable? Not getting a good night sleep or feeling fatigued? Well, you might be stressed. With a April being Stress Awareness Month, on this episode we speak about stress symptoms and ways we know when we’re in the midst of stress. We bring up some helpful ways to cope with stress and some tips and tricks that hopefully help. It’s okay to be stressed out sometimes, it’s part of life. Just remember to take care of yourself no matter what!
