She began her career in commercial real estate right after graduating from high school and switched to residential work a decade later. Rosie has a passion for service work, advocacy, and giving back to her community. She serves on the boards of the Renton Chamber of Commerce and the Renton Rotary Club.     Jenny Lazo is an entrepreneur, marketing expert, yoga instructor, and shamanic practitioner. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida to Cuban immigrant parents. Jenny studied Communications at Florida International University and went on to earn her MBA. She eventually went to work for Amazon and expeditiously climbed the corporate ladder. After 18 years in the corporate world, Jenny found herself experiencing burnout, health issues, and feeling without a purpose. She received her culinary arts and restaurant management degree before returning to non-profit service-based work. April shares how she overcame a difficult childhood, strives to be a light for struggling youth, and is learning to embrace self-love.     Army Veteran SSG Claudette Esquerette was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. As an inner-city teen to migrant Puerto Rican parents, she struggled to find her way. In 1994, SSG Esquerette enlisted in the US Army where she served as a mechanic and supply sergeant, completed three overseas tours, and was a vital part of the rescue and recovery effort following September 11th. SSG Esquerette shares her powerful story about overcoming breast cancer, combat injuries, retiring after 25 years of service, and the resulting PTSD.
