This is my body transformation story (and mind, soul, and spirit), and the beginning of The Steadfast Athlete.  For years, I didn't understand why my body was shutting down. I was passing out and my body was failing me during baseball workouts. Ultimately, it has made me decide to become the man God made me to be. This channel is for people who believe faith and fitness belong together. Becoming a better man isn't a one-time decision – it's a daily pursuit of physical, mental, and spiritual discipline.
