    EP 9: Mother's Day & Maycember Madness

    Here's Hoping all of you enjoyed a fulfilling and wonderful Mother's Day this past Sunday. If you weren't appreciated, you can always buy flowers, remember to put yourself FIRST!! I appreciate you Mama, and please send me a message to let me know about your Mother's Day, good and bad. Maycember is here, and all of the end of the year craziness that comes with winding down the school-year! What are you doing to manage Maycember? What are your plans for the summer with kids!!?? I'm working on navigating that myself.

    EP 8: Adult Alone Time...Ever?

    In this episode, I am touching on the concept of Adult Alone Time. Does this ever happen to you? We struggle with this in my home, finding time around schedules, kids, and night wakings. I am not a fan of "scheduling it", but I understand that technique works for many. I DO believe it needs to be PRIORITIZED by both parties at times, but it can be hard to do, or even get into the mindset for (especially Momma's) There is much to get into, so this episode will likely have a follow-up. Join me as I Momversate this week on scheduling alone time, seeking the help you need to get it, and how our kiddos turn our lives upside-down (puke and all!)

    EP 7: Do you need more Time OR Finances?

    Do you need more time? Or do you need more money? Most of the time as a SAHM, you might need BOTH. Certainly, some time for self-care, and a little extra $$ to help out with that new project, donation, or simply BILLS would be great. Living on a single salary if you went from 2 to 1 can be jarring. With the price of daycare these days, you may have elected to stay home with your kids. I've had ZERO time (and last week was crazy) but I have also lived with $0 in the past, and both SUCK. Different seasons will come when raising kids, some might be more expensive and some might mean we have no time to ourselves. I'm here to shed some light on my journey, and let you know, you aren't alone, there are plenty of us that face the same challenges. It doesn't always mean it's easy, it is a journey, this thing we call Motherhood. Come and Momversate with me this week about the struggles of limited finances, limited time, or simply the Mom guilt you feel if you drop the ball and forget to pick your kiddo up.....

    EP 6.5: The Check in (AGAIN) Plus...

    It's almost Summer?  A lot is happening as I am sure a lot is happening with you.  Spring seems to be a time for growth and change. I am seeing that with my family and with all the projects around me. So much to do, and I am just trying to keep up.  I know I'm not the only Mama with this struggle, I just hope you can relate.  If you have comments or questions, I always love to hear from you!  I love to use the questions and comments to navigate my topics and conversations on motherhood.  We are all in this game of motherhood together.  It's hard, but I know so many jouney's are RELATEABLE.   Please share your most current Momversations with me, I know we have all had them!!!

    EP 6: Struggle City & THE CHECK IN!!!

    This week I am checking in with all of you letting you know how the Podcast is coming along. ***Disclaimer*** The beginning of the year we have many events in our family, plus I have (as per usual) decided to bite off more than I could chew. Don't worry, the Podcast is here to stay,  because I enjoy connecting with all of you Mama's out there. Thank you for your support and for enjoying the journey of Motherhood with me (Even with all the chaos and crazy!!)

    EP 5: Sleep Struggles

    Is it your sleep deprivation or your child's? Does it really matter?? If one or both of you are deprived, it's likely going to be a rough day. Same with your partner, if one of you is suffering, how do you handle the kids. Sleep regression, sleep deprivation, toddler night wakings from nightmares, or just fear of being alone.  Co-sleeping? Good luck sleeping at all.  Feeling like you can't get away from your child during the day and they look for you at night too!!??  Yup, welcome to the season, or decade of sleep deprivation.  This is where your wrinkles form.   Don't worry, I do have recommendations for a really good eye-cream.....

    Let's talk body pain. How do we deal with it as Mother's? What are we doing (if anything) to reduce it? We are always so busy looking out for everyone else, who looks out for us?     EP 2: Motherhood in Constant Chaos

    I know we are nearly into February, but did you make a new year's resolution? I did, it was to finally publish a PODCAST!! So, I did get it done, but not in time for Jan 1.  I'm happy I got it out for my birthday, kind of a birthday gift to me. It was no small feat, I had to buy myself the extra 6 weeks because sometimes trying to get a goal accomplished as a mother feels impossible. I mean when you put your needs last in the daily, how can you accomplish anything!!?? If you made a resolution, but you didn't follow through, Mama, I am here for you. I have done that many times.  Too little energy, too many other needs to be met, financial struggles, lack of time, it's the daily struggle of being a mother! Come listen to the Momversation, I think it will make you feel better, and I am hoping to bring some funny content you can relate to each week!

    EP 4: Holiday Magic? The Valentine's Day Special

    Happy Valentine's Day Everyone, are we celebrating this day?  Tell me...do we want to be showered with gifts?   The man's version or our version? No lingerie, but please do feed me. Jewelry is also accepted.  Who brings the holiday MAGIC to all of the other holidays?  Mom's!! Hopefully you are getting a Valentine's Day celebration in the form of a quiet evening, TRUE attention and connection, because that's what Valentine's Day should really be about, just showing and sharing the love. Not the Hallmark version.
