    Ep. 7 It's going to be okay

    Hey guys. I hope you guys are doing well. I had a different topic picked out for this week's episode but today, I just felt good. I haven't felt that in a long time. I wanted to share with you guys that, even though I had a tough couple of past months, I feel okay today. I actually felt peace today. It made me want to share it with y'all, to let you guys know that you're not alone. Life is hard, and I understand if you're going through it right now.     Ep. 6 Healing is Hard

    *** THE AUDIO HALF WAY THROUGH GOT REALLY WEIRD, I'M SORRY IN ADVANCE THAT YOU CAN HEAR THE BACKGROUND NOISE!!*** Hey guys! Long time no talk! Sorry this took me forever. Life has been a little hectic lately but I'm back and I'm better! I recorded this one December first, because it just felt right to start the first day of the last month of 2023 doing something I love. In this episode, I talk about about how healing is so hard. It's not easy like social media likes to make it seem like, but it's so worth it in the end! I talk about my struggles with healing and how much it has improved my life this past year. I hope you guys can relate and enjoy the episode!

    Ep. 5 Me, Myself and I

    This past week I have been feeling very lonely. After coming out of a five year relationship, being alone is something new to me. I was finding it difficult to be okay with not having someone there. But after some thinking and self-reflection, I've come to understand that I NEED to be alone in this time of my life. And I'm okay with that now. In this episode I talk about how I got to that conclusion and how I forgave myself for staying so long in a relationship that didn't benefit me. Self healing is so hard but it is so worth it! Love, Em

Stop changing who you are to impress people that don't like you for you! I talk about my experience and how I did the switch. There's so much peace not caring about if people like you or not.     Ep. 1 Fear of Failure

    Hey guys! Welcome to the first official episode "ChitChats with Em". Where I talk about how the fear of failure held me back from doing the things I've always wanted to do. Sometimes the fear of letting yourself down and watching what you worked hard on fail is very scary. So we tend to avoid doing it in the first place. But one day, when I was having a hard mental day and was just overwhelmed with everything going on in my life, I realized "I'm not happy with what I'm doing right now, something needs to change". So my fear of failure was now smaller that the fear of not knowing what I can do. So I faced my fear and started this podcast. I hope this episode motivates you to start something you have always been too scared to do. love, Em
